A couple notes from Notre Dame/Purdue

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- We are about 45 minutes from kickoff between Purdue and Notre Dame and I have a few notes to pass on.

Tight end Will Yeatman will not be in uniform or on the sideline today. There's even some thought -- though not confirmed -- that he won't be in the stadium. Yeatman was suspended from competition after being arrested last weekend during a party. No charges have been filed.
Wide receiver David Grimes will play today. He's been out the past couple of weeks with a sore back.
TE Luke Schmidt is not dressed for today's game, making the tight end corps very thin. Freshman Kyle Rudolph will start.
